Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast.

For allergens, including cereals containing Gluten, see highlighted ingredients. May contain Soya.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until the best before date shown on the front of the pack. Once opened consume within 48 hours.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Packed in a protective atmosphere.

Heating Instructions

Pizza: Preheat oven to 200°C (Fan Assisted Oven). Remove Pizza base from packaging. Top with a little pizza sauce (or passata) and your favourite toppings. Bake for 8-9 minutes at 200°C or until your toppings are cooked. Allow to cool a little and enjoy.

Folded Sandwich: Bake for around 3 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C, or, Grill on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes turning once, or dry fry (in a frying pan) for 1-2 minutes per side. Then top with your favourite fillings and fold in half.

Quesadilla Melts: Remove from packaging. Top generously with your favourite fillings. Top with another skinny Italian pizza base. Grill on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes turning once. Allow to cool a little and enjoy!
